1. Reservation:
An advance payment equivalent to 30 percent of the price due shall be paid upon confirming the reservation.
2. Payment of balance:
The balance shall be paid upon arrival. Credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard).
3. Booking cancellation:
In case of cancellation up to 45 days from the arrival date, the 30% deposit will be returned.
4. Number of guests:
Unless otherwise agreed with the owner, the number of guests accepted shall be, for each house, the number indicated in "The House".
5. Arrival and departure time:
Unless otherwise agreed, stays are booked on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.; departure within 10 a.m.
6. Pets:
We are very pleased to welcome well behaved dogs to the Masseria, but would ask that you do not allow the pets on the furniture or beds or to roam unattended in the courtyard and garden areas at any time.
7. Extra services:
Washing: 12,00 Euro for each washing; ironing: 12,00 Euro/hour; house cleaning: 12,00 Euro/hour
8. Heating:
From beginning of October until the end of April:
- 70,00 Euro/week or 10,00 Euro/day for: "Quercia", "Buganvilla", "Glicine", "Ulivo", "Mimosa", "Mandorlo" and "Melograno"
- 50,00 Euro/week or 7,00 Euro/day for all the other houses: "Rosmarino", "Roverella", "Oleandro", "Limone" and "Acacia"
9. Taking care of the property:
The property, furniture and equipment are to be left in the same condition that they were found on the arrival. Any damage, loss or breakages must be paid for. However minor accidental breakages will not be charged for.
10. Responsibility:
The owners cannot accept responsibility for injuries sustained by any visitor, nor for loss or damage to vehicles or effects brought onto the property.
