The access is through an external stair: entrance, dining room with fireplace, living room with TV and fireplace, characteristic equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two double bedrooms each one with bathroom (shower), large bedroom with four single beds, fireplace and bathroom with shower. This bedroom has access to a covered loggia with table and chairs. Air conditioning. External space with garden, table and chairs.

€ 40,00 day for children from 4 up to 12 years old, including breakfast
Childrens until 4 years: free of charge
Flat rate for weekly change of bed linen / towels and final cleaning:
- 100.00 Euro / week for smaller homes, (from 2 to 3 people) and 130.00 Euro for 2 weeks
- 150.00 Euro / week for larger homes, (from 4 to 6/7 people) and 180.00 Euro for 2 weeks
Booking cancellation: In case of cancellation up to 45 days from the arrival date, the 30% deposit will be returned
Ckeck-in: Between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Arrivals after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of €50.00.
