The flat is located at the upper floor of the main house:large living/dining room with equipped open kitchen, air conditioning, TV, fire place; large double bedroom with a single bed, air conditioning; one bedroom with a single bed; two bathrooms one with bath and one with shower; at the mezzanine floor a large double bedroom , TV, air conditioning.
Double access to covered “loggia” with view and equipped with tables and chairs.

Price Bed & Breakfast: short or long week ends, (2/4 days):

€ 80,00 day/person including breakfast
€ 40,00 day for children from 4 up to 12 years old, including breakfast
Childrens until 4 years: free of charge

Flat rate for weekly change of bed linen / towels and final cleaning:
- 100.00 Euro / week for smaller homes, (from 2 to 3 people) and 130.00 Euro for 2 weeks
- 150.00 Euro / week for larger homes, (from 4 to 6/7 people) and 180.00 Euro for 2 weeks

Booking cancellation: In case of cancellation up to 45 days from the arrival date, the 30% deposit will be returned

Ckeck-in: Between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM

Arrivals after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of €50.00.

Check-out By 10:00 AM
